Monday was simple -work followed by meeting Noah in Chinatown for dinner. We got caught in a tourist trap - it was SO expensive and the food was only okay. What a bummer... however, WHAT IS THIS BUBBLE WAFFLE ICE CREAM DELICIOUSNESS? My Gawd, it was delightful. This is a light, fluffy, airy, warm waffle "cone" with vanilla ice cream, Nutella, and strawberries (pattern detected from last post).

Noah and I giggled about this... Why is he on the back of this shirt? lol Even the hair...

Tuesday was the same, but I went out for lunch to meet Noah at the Borough Market at The Black Pig, which he found through TikTok. We got two sandwiches and split them, which was MORE THAN ENOUGH. The bread was divine, and the sandwiches were good, but not worth the hype.

After we were so full, did we stop? No, we did not. We got chocolate-covered strawberries...

After work, Noah was doing school work and watching movies while I shopped for some new clothes at Marks & Spencer, so we didn't meet until around 8 pm. We walked around a bit and decided to grab pizza for dinner right by my place at Farina Pizzeria Napoletana. If you're in London, you NEED to get this pizza. It's "authentic Napoletana pizza, made entirely from scratch," and it's not a chain. Phenomenal.

This was him meeting me outside the Underground to walk around and grab diner.

The left and middle photos are the BURRATINA whole burrata Pugliese, courgettes, cherry tomatoes, fiordilatte mozzarella, tomato sauce, parmesan shavings, EVO oil. On the right is MARGHERITA. Both were 10/10. I ate half and saved half for the next day. Noah crushed the whole thing... I don't blame him.

Wednesday, I got to do one of the absolute COOLEST things. We sponsored this CxO executive event, and it was hosted at THE ABBEY ROAD STUDIOS. The world's first recording studio - The Beatles, Stevie Wonder, Oasis, Adele, Amy Winehouse and film scoring for Barbie, the entire Harry Potter , Star Wars, and Lord of the Rings series, Marvel Movies... the list goes on! The facilities were incredible but very restrictive on photos, so here's what I got!

I had to leave the event early after making sure the team was happy and doing well. I went to the office, then met Noah for dinner. My coworker friend suggested a place, and he mentioned it was a bit expensive, but since it was Noah's last night, we went for it. This is The Pie Room in the Rosewood Hotel on High Holborn. It was delicious, but wow the bill was A LOT. That's for a special occasion going forward... lol

Thursday started off on the wrong foot. I could not decide what to wear. I brought clothes for cold weather, but it's been abnormally hot. It's like mid-to-high 70s, which is way above the average for April. My room was left in a mess from trying on everything and hating it all, and I didn't even like my outfit for the day. This was a sad day because Noah left :( I left work mid-day to take him to the airport :(

This last picture shows a random man, but he represents something confusing. Please explain why some people here wear jackets, scarves, puffy jackets, etc., in 78-degree weather underground, where it's even hotter. I am SO confused.

I met my coworkers after work for happy hour. This is how the pubs are here! lol it's a street party.

That's it for the most part! Although, I did have a moment where I got sick of running up and down the stairs between coming in, going down to do laundry, back up, back down... lol

Goodnight! xoxo
